We regret that we did not know of web awards courtesy when we first began receiving awards. Due to this, most of the 2004 awards are not accompanied by laudations. We are sorry to all of the webmasters who wrote wonderful laudations that were not included with their beautiful awards. We have learned from this mistake and we now include all laudations with awards that we have the honor to share here.
